OK, so today I had a large monthly standing order for a company in Ann Arbor. I made "PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BARS". I appreciate all the positive feed back.

5 cups of corn flakes
1 cup of light corn syrup
1/4 cup
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of creamy peanut butter.
1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup of semisweet  or milk chocolate chips

1/2 c heavy cream
14 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Measure out corn flakes in large bowl. You must do this before starting as you will not have time later. Also pre line a 9X 13 pan with foil or waxed paper.

Heat corn syrup, sugar and salt. as it begins to boil cook for 1 minute... only.

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter & vanilla into corn syrup mixture. Work quickly to lightly blend peanut butter mixture over and into corn flakes. Add chocolate and mix lightly.

Pour contents into   9 X 13 pan. Press onto pan and chill for 10 minted

1/2 c heavy cream
14 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Heat cream til sides of pan starts to sizzle turn heat off. add chocolate and stir til all is melted. Pour on top of crunch bars. chill til cold. cut into squares. Store in a airtight container at room temperature.
Enjoy!!!
