OK, so today I had a large monthly standing order for a company in Ann Arbor. I made "PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BARS". I appreciate all the positive feed back.

5 cups of corn flakes
1 cup of light corn syrup
1/4 cup
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of creamy peanut butter.
1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup of semisweet  or milk chocolate chips

1/2 c heavy cream
14 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Measure out corn flakes in large bowl. You must do this before starting as you will not have time later. Also pre line a 9X 13 pan with foil or waxed paper.

Heat corn syrup, sugar and salt. as it begins to boil cook for 1 minute... only.

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter & vanilla into corn syrup mixture. Work quickly to lightly blend peanut butter mixture over and into corn flakes. Add chocolate and mix lightly.

Pour contents into   9 X 13 pan. Press onto pan and chill for 10 minted

1/2 c heavy cream
14 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Heat cream til sides of pan starts to sizzle turn heat off. add chocolate and stir til all is melted. Pour on top of crunch bars. chill til cold. cut into squares. Store in a airtight container at room temperature.
Enjoy!!!

Hi everyone, I'm Kelly. Some might say the" Diva" but I don't really think that's true. I am married with an awesome husband who supports everything I do. I have three incredible children and 3 and grand children that light up my world. I have been making candy and baking for over 25 years. It fulfills my need for creativity and chocolate always make people happy. I love to see the way friends, family and customers eyes light up when they see their favorite candy. Who doesn't like to make people happy? Enough about me, now more about the candy and fudge. We are just putting our site together so check back as we will soon be adding photos and pricing.

Happy spring everyone, It is so great to see the flowers popping up and trees blooming but as we get further into spring we are developing new recipes  all the time. We currently have 17 kinds of fudge available with some being seasonal. We are also working on more varieties without nuts for all my friends with allergies. Our newest flavors are Cherry Vanilla, Lemon Chiffon, and for the "Manly Men" we have a new twist..... Yes, we have Maple Bacon. It has been a big hit! It is the perfect combination of sweet and salty all in one bite. Yum, You have to sample this one. Every one know that if you see me at a show or festival I always have samples. So.... you may ask what makes my fudge so great? I'm going to tell you. Number 1 is a lot of LOVE! Number 2 is great recipes.  My fudge is very creamy (not sugary or gritty) It is NOT overly sweet like most fudge. Like any good recipe, there is nice balance of flavor. Most fudge is so sweet that sugar is the first thing you taste. Not with our fudge. We recently had a customer that worked 15 years for.... well you know, that place on the other side of the bridge. He said he was an expert! So he started taste testing to give me his opinion. He was stunned at the flavor and the incredible creamy texture. Mr. Expert said he had to admit our fudge beat the Mackinaw Island Fudge any day of the week. I say let the people decide! So thank you to all of our customers that continue to support us through out the year.
